We were chosen to create a sculpture trail at Glamis Castle, Scotland as both a memorial to the late Earl of Strathmore (Queen's Cousin) and to improve visitor experience for the gardens.

The brief required us to produce pieces that engaged the public through the story of Macbeth (which is associated with Glamis). We used wood from the estate and engaged two local schools in the process.

The trail guides people through the majestic Pinetum at the Castle and has been a huge success with visitor numbers to the garden up by 50% and the pieces being used by schools and groups for creativity engagement. The project took 4 months from start to finish.
